Oh happy day

Why do we fear ourselves, why do we fear happiness or even the possibility of happiness? I saw another film today, "Oh happy day", by danish director Hella Joof. It is a bitter-sweet story which left me thinking about the choices we make. How sometimes fear makes us waste time, but on the other hand there are things that are learnt only with age. Aging does have its benefits. (and today was actually a happy day for me)

As for the drawings, I guess I would call them a bad watercolor day.

Por que a veces nos tenemos miedo? por que nos asusta la posibilidad de la felicidad? Hoy vi otra pelicula "Oh happy day", de la directora danesa Hella Joof. Es una historia dulce -amarga que me dejo pensando en las decisiones que tomamos a lo largo de nuestras vidas; y como a veces el miedo nos hace desperdiciar tiempo, pero a veces hay cosas que solo se aprenden con la edad. Envejecer tiene sus ventajas.
